👉Must be a member of WEVERSE
👉Must have a Weverse Shop Account
👉BTS Weverse ID (E-mail login) MUST BE THE SAME as your Weverse Shop ID (E-mail login).

Eligibility

Renewal

👉ARMY Membership holders with memberships 60 days before to 30 days after the expiration date.
- Please note that “remaining membership period” will be extended by 365 days after renewal.
- If you are eligible for renewal, the purchase button on your Membership description page will display as “Membership Renewal”

💜Renewal Benefit
A badge and collectible content. The gift will be available after the renewal membership purchase has been confirmed.

The membership purchased will be considered confirmed if:
1) Seven days have passed after Membership renewal
OR
2) Membership benefits have been used (Accessing the Membership Only tab in BTS Weverse, purchasing a Membership-only product, etc).

💡INTL ARMY On Global Shop: Before purchasing, make sure to change your currency to USD for the PayPal (Credit/Debit card) option

PLEASE NOTE:

Announced on June 3, 2024, new and renewal sign-ups for the Merch Pack Membership will be suspended starting July 4, 2024 @ 12am (KST).

If you are purchasing the merch pack, you can ONLY purchase it through the Weverse shop you purchased your membership from.

That means if you purchased your membership via the USA shop, you cannot get the merch pack in the Global Shop as delivery won't be possible.

• You will need to purchase the merch pack in the USA shop.

With that being said, if you're from the US and purchased the ARMY Membership: Merch Pack type from the global shop, you still cannot get the merch pack in the Global shop since delivery to the USA won't be possible. So if you are from the US and would like to get the merch pack, make sure to purchase both from the USA shop!

👉This separate purchase change was made for ARMYs who wanted the membership but aren’t interested in receiving a gift (which includes a physical card, and other products; see Membership Gift photos).

👉Is the membership gift and the merch pack the same thing? No. It is not the same.

🚨IMPORTANT NOTES

❗️ YOU CAN RECEIVE YOUR ARMY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ONLY IF:

👉The Weverse account and Weverse Shop account, with which you purchased ARMY Membership, is the same.

👉The name used when purchasing ARMY Membership is the same as the name on IDs that can be used for identity check.

❗️FORMS OF VALID IDS:

Domestic fans (Korean nationals): Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Passport, Youth ID Card (issued by the district center).
International Fans (Non-Koreans): Passport, Alien Registration (Residence) Card, Government-issued ID

* The above forms of IDs are required only to do an identity check during events where the ARMY Membership is required!
* Please check the notices for the performance or event to check the forms of ID required as well as the dates of your membership period.

👉 The name you enter when purchasing ARMY Membership cannot be changed afterwards; therefore, please enter your name correctly!

👉 ARMY Membership is non-transferable and cannot be sold to other parties. Benefits CANNOT be transferred to family members, relatives, or friends. Membership will be terminated if such transfers are discovered!

1. While you can renew your ARMY Membership: Merch Pack before Membership expiration even if you do not purchase all four Merch Boxes, you will no longer be able to purchase any of the remaining Merch Boxes under your previous Membership.

2. You will be unable to receive refunds for any of the four Merch Boxes that you have not purchased during your MERCH PACK membership period.

3. One Weverse Account holder may sign up for and purchase one membership per ID.

• What is Weverse Account?
  • Weverse account holders are anyone who has signed up for Weverse or Weverse Shop.

4. You must use the same account for Weverse and Weverse Shop in order to receive your Membership benefits.

5. You can see your Digital Membership Card immediately after purchase. You can check your card in the "Membership Only" menu in BTS Weverse.

6. You can only sign up or book once for the benefits available exclusively for the Membership holders such as the concert ticket raffle, pre-booking, and being part of the live audience of music shows.

• If there is evidence of multiple sign ups and bookings under one Membership, your reservation may be canceled. Repeated such attempts may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your membership benefits.

7. Membership Benefits are provided to the members only and cannot be sold or transferred to others. If such an attempt is discovered, the membership will be rendered invalid. (Family, friends, etc. cannot receive membership benefits)

8. Both the digital and physical Membership Cards can be used to receive membership benefits. (However, note that the physical card will only be provided in the Membership Gift)

9. Refunds can be issued within 7 days of purchase. However, refunds cannot be issued if any part of the Membership benefits hvae been claimed, such as:

• Accessing the Membership Only menu on Weverse
• Purchasing members-only products such as the Membership Gift
• Participating in ticket reservations or events reserved for Membership holders.

10. You can receive your Membership Renewal Benefits if you renew your Membership 60 days before the expiration of your Membership to within 30 days after the expiration.

• Example: if your Membership expires on November 15, 2024, you can renew it from September 16 to December 15, 2024.

11. If you cancel (refund) the payment for your Membership after renewal, the remaining period before renewal will not be restored, and you will no longer be able to receive Membership benefits.

• Example: if you renew your Membership that is set to expire on August 30, 2023 on August 22, 2023, the 8 days remaining on your membership will be removed and your membership period will be extended to August 28, 2024 (365 days + remaining 8 days).
• If you cancel (refund) your payment, the full additional year as well as the remaining days on your membership before payment will all become invalid.

12. Please direct any inquiries regarding the membership payment, Membership Kit shipping or any other services by clicking on the 1:1 inquiry feature in the customer service center menu of Weverse Shop.

Below are answers to frequently asked questions, provided by BTS's Weverse Announcement

❤ What are Merch Packs/Merch Boxes?▼

Merch Packs/Merch Boxes are an exclusive offer only for ARMY Membership: Merch Pack holders. Four Merch Boxes will be available per year; please refer to the product descriptions on Weverse Shop for more details.

❤ I renewed (or newly purchased) my ARMY Membership. Can I sign up again for the ARMY Membership: Merch Pack?▼

Only one membership may be purchased for one ID. If you sign up for a Membership and then sign up for another Membership of a different type, the remaining dates of your existing Membership will expire and a new period will go into effect. The Membership period is 365 days after the date of sign-up.

❤ My Membership is not yet up for renewal because there's still a lot of time left in it (over 61 days). Can I sign up for another Membership?▼

You may sign up as a new Member. However, since you cannot be signed up to two different memberships under one ID, your previous Membership will expire and your new Membership will be valid for 365 days from the date of your sign-up.

❤ Will I not receive a Membership Kit even if I sign up for a Membership?↓

Starting August 14, 2020, you will need to separately purchase the Membership Kit after signing up.

❤ I PURCHASED THE MEMBERSHIP AWHILE AGO AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY KIT, When will I get it and IS THERE A WAY TO CHECK?↓

According to Weverse Shop, the Membership Kits from previous ARMY Memberships are being shipped in order. With the current COVID-19 situation limiting international freight transporation, shipping is being delayed to a number of countries and regions.

• Please be aware that shipping to the address you selected may be unavoidingly delayed. Please refer to the service announcements regarding regions where shipping is being delayed or blocked.
• Once Normal shipping is resumed, Weverse Shop will inform us via service announcements.

To check your purchase history and status on Weverse Shop you can go to > MY👉My Orders

• When you tap My Orders it will show you the status of your item.
• When the status says Complete but it is “still in progress,” it is referring to payment completion.

❤ I still have a lot of time left on my ARMY Membership, can I buy the membership kit first, then sign up later?↓

Unfortunately, you can only purchase a Membership kit if you sign up for a new membership.

❤ It's been over 31 days since my previous ARMY Membership expired. Does that mean I can't receive my renewal benefits?↓

If you are past the renewal period (over 30 days after Membership expiration) you will not be able to receive the renewal gift/benefit. You can sign up for a new ARMY Membership or ARMY Membership: Merch Pack as a new Member.

❤ Is there a due date / cut off date for membership registration?↓

No. There is no due date / cut off date for registration.

❤ IS THERE A MONTHLY FEE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?▼

There is NO monthly fee for the membership; the membership is a one time purchase and will remain active for a year from when you registered.

• ARMY Membership Type: Merch Pack Special Products

❤ I've yet to receive my previous ARMY Membership Kit, when will I get it?▼

ARMY Membership Card and Kit will be shipped the quarter following the the purchase of the membership in order. (i.e. for a Membership purchased in the third quarter of the year, the card and kit will be whipped in the fourth quarter). However, shipping schedule is subject to change.

The Membership Kits from previous ARMY Memberships are being shipped in order. With the current COVID-19 situation limiting international freight transportaion, shipping is being delayed to a number of countries and regions. Please be aware that shipping to the address you selected may be unavoidably delayed. Please refer to the service announcements regarding regions where shipping is being delayed or blocked. Once normal shipping is resumed, BIGHIT Music / HYBE will inform you via service announcements.
