How to Join BTS' Daum Fancafe

 

First and foremost, you must have a Daum account.

💜What is a fancafe?

An online fan community on Daum where fans interact with artists and each other as well as receive official announcements regarding the artist.

BTS’s official fancafe originally started on Daum in 2013. As of June 30, 2019, BTS’ official fan community has moved to Weverse, a more global friendly mobile platform. However, official announcements still get posted onto their fancafe.

1. Go to BTS' Fancafe and click on "로그인" (Login) in the upper right hand corner.
If you are already logged in, skip to step 3.

 

2. Log in with your Kakao account or create a new account by clicking on “join the membership.”
If you do not have a Daum account, visit our tutorial page here and follow the step-by-step instructions.

 

3. Click on "카페 가입하기" (Join Cafe).

 

4. Complete your Cafe Membership Registration. Click on “See Translation” in the upper right corner of the page to translate to English.

  • Click the box next to “I agree to the above Terms and Conditions”.

  • Enter your selected Nickname. Please read the nickname rules below.

  • Select the option to receive “Group Mail” and or “Group Messages”.

  • Enter the CAPTCHA response provided, then click “Join”.

Nickname Rules

*It is very important to double check nickname rules or else you may be demoted without notice! Nickname rules were taken from BTS' Official Fancafe.

  • Your nickname is not allowed to have only BTS or members (stage/real) names.

  • You cannot use a nickname that can be mistaken as a staff/admin or official account.

  • Character Limitations:

    • Hangul: Minimum 2 to maximum 10 characters.

    • English: Minimum 2 to maximum 12 characters.

    • Hangul + English + Numbers: You can have up to 10 characters

    • Your nickname cannot have numbers only.

    • If it's only Hangul + English, minimum is 2 characters or more.

    • Only pure Korean, English, and numbers are allowed.

    • Nicknames cannot have special characters, Chinese characters, and/or blank spaces. Separate consonants and vowels cannot be used.

    • Uncommon Hangul characters cannot be used

    • Letters that have no meaning are not allowed.

    • Nicknames associated with other artists or fandom are not allowed.

    • Do not use words that are obscene, hypocritical, profanity, profanity, slander, member feminization. Once again, if you break these rules you'll be demoted even without notice.
