On February 24, 2025, Weverse Shop announced the release of j-hope Membership Merch. Weverse Global and US ARMY Membership Holders will have the opportunity to pre-order the Crewneck Sweatshirt, which available in two versions: (USA) for DELIVERY ONLY and (Mexico) for PICKUP ONLY at j-hope ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ Pop-up in Mexico City.

To Make a Reservation to Pop-up for Pick-up
- Weverse APP → More → My Orders → Check your order number
- Select [Manage Pick-ups]
- Find available time slots on the reservation status page. Select one (date and time) to make a reservation.

* If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled.
* You can cancel your reservation and make another one before your time slot ends.
* You must pick up all your purchases at once. You cannot pick up a part of your purchases.

To Pick Up Membership Merch
- Make a reservation and visit the pop-up store at the reserved date and time
- Weverse APP → More → My Orders → Check your QR code
- Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases
